Gaumen: Etwas wässrig im Mundgefühl, weiterhin leicht fruchtig. Verdünnter Apfelsaft mit einem Spritzer Zitrone, sehr mildes Karamell und Malz. Zarte Eiche, etwas Malz, grüner Tee.
Abgang: Mittellang, aber weiterhin eher sanft. Das Karamell wird überraschend stärker, die Äpfel und das Malz kommen wieder klar zum Vorschein. Zum Ende hin wieder der Tee und eine leichte Kräuternote.
