Informations: This bottling of a 30-year-old Bushmills was created especially for the Causeway Collection series. The whisky was distilled in 1991 and received a finish in New American Oak casks from 2005. The whisky was bottled in 2021.

Distillery: Bushmills: The name of the distillery means mill on the river and is located in Northern Ireland in County Antrim. Since 1896, it has been officially known as Old Bushmills. If you believe the history of the company, its foundation dates back to 1608.
Country: Ireland: Ireland has long played a leading role in the world as a whiskey producer. Not only was whiskey (or whiskey-like) distilled very early (from the 14th century onwards), but the sheer number of distilleries that developed over time (by 1800 there were already over 2000 distilleries) is remarkable.
