Informations: This bottling of a 21-year-old Caroni Fine Vintage Trinidad Rum was produced as a joint bottling by Zanzibar Whisky and Shinanoya Tokyo. The rum was distilled in 1999, matured in ex-bourbon casks on the island, shipped to the UK in 2008 and bottled in 2021 as part of a trilogy.

Distillery: Caroni: Caroni was a distillery on the Caribbean island of Trinidad which existed between 1918 and 2002 and belonged to the sugar producer of the same name.
