This single cask bottling of a 14-year-old Jura single malt was produced by the independent bottler Cadenhead in the Authentic Collection Cask Strength series. The whisky was distilled in 1986, matured in an ex-bourbon butt and was bottled in 2000 at cask strength in 702 bottles.
The current distillery is located in Craighouse, was built from 1958 onwards and started operations in 1963. Legally, however, whisky has been distilled on Jura since 1810.
