Eberle is a spirits manufacturer (steam wine distillery & liqueur factory) which dates back to 1854 and has been part of Gourmet Depot Kinheim since 2006.
As of 2017, there are already more than 150 distilleries in Germany producing German whisky. Most distilleries produce clear brandies and use whisky production as a niche and side business. Whisky output is at a very low level of sometimes only a few thousand bottles a year depending on the distillery.
