This single cask bottling of a Mackmyra as an original bottling of the distillery was produced in the Reserve series. The whisky matured in a small gravity cask (30 litres) and was bottled at cask strength in 2016.
Mackmyra Svensk Whisky was opened in an old mill in 1999 and moved to a new facility in 2011. As a special feature, the whisky is matured in special 30-litre casks, some of which are stored in very unusual places.
