Informations: This single cask bottling of a Bimber Single Malt as the distillery's original bottling was produced as a Sherry Cask Edition. The whisky matured in an ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry cask and was bottled in 2020 with 329 individually numbered bottles.

Distillery: Bimber: Bimber is a distillery in Park Royal, London, which was founded in 2016. In 2019, the first whisky (The First) was marketed.
Country: England: England, unlike its northern neighbour Scotland, is not very well known for its whisky, although there were distilleries in London, Liverpool and Bristol until the late 19th century. It was not until the early 2000s that new distilleries began to be built, and since then the production of English whisky has experienced an upswing.
