Informations: This bottling of a St. Kilian Single Malt as a Private Cask was produced especially for the Seelmann Collection and was named The Soul of St. Kilian Vol. 15. The whisky matured for 3 years in an ex-Oloroso sherry cask and is peated. The bottle is accompanied by a copy of St. Kilian's certificate of issue.

Distillery: St. Kilian: The St. Kilian distillery is located in the municipality of Rüdenau and has been producing its single malt whisky there since 2016. The multiple award-winning single malt whisky is distilled according to Scottish tradition and has established an excellent reputation in the whisky world in a short time.
Country: Germany: As of 2017, there are already more than 150 distilleries in Germany producing German whisky. Most distilleries produce clear brandies and use whisky production as a niche and side business. Whisky output is at a very low level of sometimes only a few thousand bottles a year depending on the distillery.
