This single cask bottling of a St. Kilian single malt was produced by Whiskyburg Wittlich under the name Whisky Castle Selection 7.2. The whisky was distilled in 2017, matured in an ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry cask and was bottled in 2022 with 208 individually numbered bottles.
The St. Kilian distillery is located in the municipality of Rüdenau and has been producing its single malt whisky there since 2016. The multiple award-winning single malt whisky is distilled according to Scottish tradition and has established an excellent reputation in the whisky world in a short time.
