Elijah Craig is a very special bourbon, made according to an old, traditional recipe by Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Three types of grain are used in its production: Corn, rye and barley, with corn making up over 70 %. After distillation, Elijah Craig is matured in new American holm oak barrels, charred on the inside, under natural conditions in the Heaven Hill Distillery maturation warehouses. There is no artificial temperature and humidity control.
