Teerenpeli is a distillery in Lahti, Finland, which was established in 2002 in the Taivaanranta restaurant in the city centre of Lahti. The distillery moved into new premises just outside the city centre in 2015.
As of 2017, there are already more than 150 distilleries in Germany producing German whisky. Most distilleries produce clear brandies and use whisky production as a niche and side business. Whisky output is at a very low level of sometimes only a few thousand bottles a year depending on the distillery.
