Informations: This bottling of a Belgian Owl single malt as an original bottling of the distillery matured in an ex-bourbon cask and received a finish in a Glen Els ex-sherry firkin.

Distillery: The Owl Distillery: The Owl Distillery is a distillery near Liège, Belgium, which was founded in 2004 by Etienne Bouillon. Only regional barley from Hesbaye is used. In 2013, a wash still and a spirit still from the closed Caperdonich distillery were installed. First-fill ex-bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill are used for storage.
