This bottling of a Thousand Mountains Mc Raven single malt is produced by the Sauerland distillery in Kallenhardt in batches of 1000 bottles. The whisky was first matured in ex-red wine casks and then in ex-bourbon casks before being bottled at cask strength in 2021 in individually numbered bottles.
