Nase: Torf und Teer, angenehm trockener Rauch. Dahinter neben Zitrusfrüchten auch Maschinenöl und ein wenig Kautschuk. Die Süße nimmt zu, Orangenmarmelade neben Mandeln, Salzwasser und Zedernholz, auch ein wenig Leder lässt sich finden.
Gaumen: Kräftig rauchig, trocken und leicht salzig. Lakritz, Anis und Salmiak neben Teer und Räucherofen, verschiedene Kräuter, Blutorangen. Außerdem ganz leicht Kakao, wieder die Orangenmarmelade und eingelegte Oliven.
