This bottling of a Mackmyra single malt as an original distillery bottling was produced in the Moments series under the name Körsbärsrök. The whisky matured in ex-bourbon and ex-cherry casks and was bottled in 1500 individually numbered bottles in 2020.
Mackmyra Svensk Whisky was opened in an old mill in 1999 and moved to a new facility in 2011. As a special feature, the whisky is matured in special 30-litre casks, some of which are stored in very unusual places.
